AI Automation & Process Transformation Manager

We are seeking an AI Automation & Process Transformation Manager to identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence and workflow automation solutions across the organization.

This individual will evaluate existing business processes, recommend efficiency improvements, deploy AI-powered tools, and drive measurable reductions in manual work while improving productivity, accuracy, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze departmental workflows and operational processes
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation deployment
• Implement AI tools and workflow automations
• Integrate business systems and data sources
• Lead process redesign initiatives
• Develop productivity metrics and ROI analysis
• Train staff and department leaders
• Manage automation projects from assessment through deployment
• Document workflows and maintain system governance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or systems implementation
• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and business operations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to quantify efficiency gains and cost savings

Preferred

• Power Automate, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or n8n experience
• SQL or Python experience
• Consulting background
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Project Management certification

Location: Parsippany NJ
Salary: $150K
