AI Content Specialist

Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday. M/F Remote)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in generating photorealistic avatars using HeyGen or similar platforms.
• Ability to document processes and best practices effectively.
• Experience with AI video and audio generation tools, such as HeyGen and ElevenLabs.
• Strong awareness of inclusion, diversity, and cultural differences in content creation.
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and evaluating AI-generated content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
• Understanding of HeyGen back-end technical details and capabilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a library of avatars for various training scenarios.
• Refine processes for scalable and automated workflows in avatar and voice generation.
• Work proactively with HeyGen’s support team to resolve issues and propose enhancements.
