Title: AI Control tester
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Rate: $40 - $50 hr. W2
Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a pivotal role within our AI transformation strategy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in integrating AI technologies to automate manual workflows, ensuring efficiency gains without compromising auditability or accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in prompt engineering and operationalizing Generative AI within a business environment.
- Experience with Google Workspace "Projects" and data synthesis across multiple files.
- Critical thinking and analytical rigor, with the ability to maintain a "trust but verify" mindset regarding AI outputs.
- Experience in identifying errors, outliers, and data inconsistencies.
- 5 year of experience in Risk Management
- 5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Quality Assurance, or Process Management.
- 5 years of experience with Control testing
- 3 years of experience with Gemini/ Copilot
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and implementation of AI solutions across our control inventory.
- Define, test, and refine prompts to automate data extraction, reconciliation, and control testing workflows.
- Develop and maintain operational workarounds to bridge data gaps where direct connectivity is limited.
- Partner with control owners to socialize findings, update testing plans, and track recommendations.
