Precision Resources, a division of Trimarc Group, Inc., is seeking an AI Conversation & CCaaS Flow Designer for an immediate onsite opportunity with our client in Birmingham, Alabama, or Phoenix, Arizona.
In this role, you will help shape the future of customer experience by bridging advanced artificial intelligence with human communication. You will design, build, integrate, and optimize intelligent conversational experiences, call flows, and routing strategies within a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) environment, with a strong focus on AI-powered customer and agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and optimize conversational AI, virtual agents, chatbots, and agent-assist solutions.
•Build intelligent self-service experiences that improve resolution rates and reduce contact-center workload.
•Design and optimize IVR, call flows, routing strategies, and conversational journeys.
•Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, and other integration technologies.
•Partner with technical, business, contact-center, and executive stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
•Lead technical discussions and help establish AI and CCaaS architecture and strategy.
•Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences.

Qualifications

•3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer designing and developing scalable, production-ready software.
•Strong programming experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant languages.
•Hands-on experience designing and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems.
•Experience working with AI/ML, LLM, generative AI, or agentic AI solutions.
•Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model optimization, NLU, intent detection, and conversational AI.
•Experience building AI agents, virtual assistants, chatbots, or agent-assist solutions.
•Hands-on experience working with CCaaS/contact-center platforms, such as Talkdesk, Genesys, NICE, Five9, or RingCentral.
•Understanding of IVR systems, call flows, routing, and contact-center APIs. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build credibility with technical teams, business leaders, and customer executives.
