Job Summary:

The AI / Copilot Integration Specialist leads UVM Health"s adoption and deployment of Microsoft Copilot and artificial intelligence capabilities within the Enterprise Analytics environment. This role partners with clinical, operational, and analytics stakeholders to identify high-value AI and Copilot use cases, design and deploy solutions, and train stakeholders to leverage these capabilities - with a particular focus on enabling stakeholders to interact with UVM Health"s data platform in natural language and receive accurate, governed responses grounded in the Enterprise Analytics data governance framework.

Education:

  • Bachelor"s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field required; Master"s preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, AI implementation, or technology adoption roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI/LLM platforms.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, use case identification, and change management.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience developing and delivering technology training programs for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
