AI Delivery Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery, adoption, and business impact of AI initiatives across the enterprise. This role combines AI delivery leadership, governance, and team mentorship, helping technical teams move beyond experimentation to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, AI delivery expertise, and a proven ability to coach teams, improve execution discipline, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives from problem definition through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define success criteria, and align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce AI delivery standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Develop repeatable processes for experimentation, evaluation, adoption, and business impact measurement.
• Challenge assumptions, validate data quality, evaluate methodologies, and ensure initiatives meet delivery standards.
• Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, analysts, and delivery teams on problem framing, experimentation, stakeholder engagement, and value measurement.
• Review team deliverables, provide coaching and feedback, and elevate standards for analytical rigor, execution quality, and business relevance.
• Foster a culture focused on measurable business outcomes, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations and executive communications.
• Drive alignment across business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering technology, analytics, AI, data science, or digital products within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success delivering AI, analytics, or decision-support solutions that achieved measurable adoption and business impact.
• Strong understanding of experimental design, baselining, model evaluation, data quality, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into executable strategies and delivery plans.
• Experience coaching technical teams and improving delivery discipline, execution quality, and organizational capability.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical initiatives to operational and financial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within energy, manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, automotive, aviation, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Experience leading AI product delivery, advanced analytics programs, operational optimization initiatives, or large-scale digital transformation efforts.
• Consulting, transformation, or product delivery leadership experience.
• Experience collaborating with executives, business leaders, architects, engineers, product owners, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MLOps, AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI operating models.
