Volt is immediately hiring for a remote AI Developer.As an AI Developer you will Lead end-to-end solution development architecture prototyping testing deployment and optimization Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms e.g. CRM ERP SCADA systems asset management tools Develop intelligent copilots automation frameworks and agent-based solutions for operational use cases Collaborate with business stakeholders in utilitiesgas operations to identify high-value AI opportunities Ensure scalability reliability and security of deployed AI solutions Mentor teams and contribute to AI best practices within the organization Stay current with emerging AI technologies and apply them to real-world industry challengesThis is a full-time opportunity.The ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio andor AI Foundry Proven track record ofdeploying at least one Copilot Studio or AI Foundry solution into production Strong programming skills inPython Experience working withModel Context Protocol MCPor similar integration frameworks Demonstrated ability to build and operationalize AIML or generative AI solutions at scale Familiarity with cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure Strong understanding of APIs microservices and system integrations Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred Skills & Qualifications Experience inutilities energy or gas industryenvironments Knowledge of field operations asset management or regulatory requirements within utilities Experience building conversational AI copilots or autonomous agents Familiarity with data pipelines orchestration tools and real-time data processing Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise AI governancePay Rate 50 - 58 per hour.
