Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer/Engineer to join our team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have profound insights into Python for AI engineering and API development, as well as experience in implementing and optimizing Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Profound insight into Python for AI engineering and API development
• Good knowledge of LLM providers and models
• Experience in Prompt Engineering
• Experience/Exposure to AWS cloud, ServiceNow, and Client Power platform
• Strong working understanding of AI Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
• Solid working knowledge of Vector DBs, embedding models, chunking, and indexing strategies
• Hands-on experience with building RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with Tool usage and system integration
• Working knowledge of Multi-agent workflows and tool orchestration
• Good knowledge of fine-tuning models and approach
• Good understanding of AI evaluation frameworks and testing
• Familiarity with Model Life Cycle, MLOps, and Deployment patterns
• Good understanding of Security, Governance & Responsible AI
• Prior work experience at client or in the client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with designing, building, and maintaining Generative AI and Agentic AI Applications
• Experience in implementing RAG pipelines
• Experience in building Multi-agent workflows and tool orchestration
