You'll target VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and AI leaders at companies struggling to get AI working reliably in production, and you'll open doors that turn into real revenue. This role is built for someone who treats outbound as a craft: you know how to use modern tools (AI-assisted research, sequencing platforms, intent data) to find the right accounts and land the right message. You're building pipeline that closes.About Meibel Meibel is the platform to build, run & scale generative AI with confidence.Description What You'll Do Own outbound pipeline generation for mid-market accounts through cold outreach, social selling, and creative prospectingResearch target accounts to identify pain signals: teams building DIY AI stacks, companies scaling AI features, organizations with reliability and compliance requirementsCraft personalized outreach sequences that speak to technical buyers in their languageLeverage AI-enabled prospecting tools and manage agent-assisted outbound workflowsBook qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintain tight feedback loops on lead qualityQualify inbound interest when it arises and route appropriatelyRepresent Meibel at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsMaintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate activity tracking in HubSpotWhat We're Looking For 1-2 years of B2B outbound sales development experience, ideally in SaaS or technical productsProficiency with CRM systems, sequencing tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar), and modern AI-powered prospecting toolsBasic understanding of AI technology: you can speak credibly about LLMs, RAG, and why production AI is hardHigh activity output combined with message quality: you know volume matters, but so does relevanceStrong written communication: your emails get opened and replied toResilience and coachability: you learn from rejection and iterate fastWillingness to travel to trade shows, conferences, and customer events (approximately 5-7 times per year)Bonus Points For Technical background or experience selling to engineering/technical personasHands-on experience with AI-assisted outbound tools (Clay, Lemlist, AI research agents)Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and generating pipeline that convertsExperience at early-stage startups where you helped build the outbound playbookFamiliarity with target verticals: construction, financial services, pharma, governmentWhy Join Meibel?
