AI-Driven Marketing Specialist - Claude, Meta Ads & Shopify Integration

Marketing Technologist Opportunity

V2Soft is seeking a hands-on marketing technologist to build a closed-loop, AI-driven marketing solution that connects three systems: Claude (Anthropic's AI), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), and Shopify. This is not a pure prompt-engineering role — the ideal candidate blends practical digital marketing expertise with the technical ability to configure Claude to consume data, generate insights, and act on them.

Shopify is our source of truth for sales. We need Claude to read Shopify order and customer data, identify the real-world profile of buyers (e.g., age, location, purchase behavior), and compare that against how our Meta ad campaigns are currently targeted. Where a mismatch exists — for example, actual buyers skew younger or cluster in a different city than the ad targeting assumes — Claude should surface that insight and help realign the campaign's targeting, messaging, and creative accordingly. Ultimately, we want Claude to be able to create the ad, review performance insights, make adjustments where warranted, and push the updated ad live — with this candidate building and operating that workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Claude to connect with and read data from Shopify (orders, customers, product catalog) and Meta Ads Manager (campaign performance, audience targeting).
• Build the analytical/qualifying logic that turns Shopify sales insights (demographics, geography, purchase patterns, and similar criteria) into concrete recommendations for Meta ad targeting and creative.
• Update and optimize Meta ad campaigns — audience criteria, messaging, and creative — based on insights Claude surfaces.
• Incorporate an additional product data source (e.g., a shared Google Drive of product assets/specs) so Claude can inform creative development for ads.
• Design AI-driven workflows and automation that move toward Claude autonomously creating ads, reviewing insights, and pushing updates.
• Bring an effective, targeted-marketing mindset — not just technical configuration — to ensure changes actually improve sales and ad performance.
• Document the workflow and insights logic clearly enough for the internal team to maintain and extend it.

Required Experience

• Strong, current hands-on experience with Claude AI (recent work — not solely legacy experience from a few years ago).
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram): campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization.
• Digital marketing background with a genuine understanding of targeted/effective marketing — this is as important as the technical AI skill.
• Ability to connect and reconcile data across multiple platforms (Claude, Shopify, Meta) into a single decision-making workflow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working from ambiguous, evolving requirements.

Preferred

• Shopify platform administration experience.
• Experience with AI-driven creative generation for ad content.
• Familiarity with connecting AI tools to Google Drive or similar asset repositories.
