Job Description -

Genpact is building a pipeline of emerging technical talent to support AI, data, automation, and other technology teams through apprenticeship, industrial internship, and work-integrated learning opportunities.

Participants may work alongside experienced Genpact teams on real business and production challenges while continuing structured technical development through approved learning or talent partners.

Responsibilities may include:

• Building, testing, and refining AI-enabled solutions

• Supporting AI agent design, prototyping, and development

• Contributing to workflow automation and operational use cases

• Supporting data science, natural language processing, computer vision, and related emerging technology initiatives

• Testing, evaluating, documenting, and improving technical solutions

• Collaborating with technical and business teams on real production work

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience in AI, software development, data, automation, or related technical areas

• Ability to apply technical concepts to real-world problems

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a production environment

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

Part-time, work-integrated early talent opportunity supporting real business and production work across AI, data, automation, and emerging technologies while participants continue structured technical development.
