Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks. We are seeking an AI-Enabled Compliance and Records Systems Specialist to join our Safety and Human Resources team at our corporate headquarters in Marlborough, MA. This is a full-time, in-office position.
We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy AI-Enabled Compliance and Records Systems Specialist to help lead the evolution, organization, and AI-driven automation of our central compliance and recordkeeping systems.
In this high-impact role, you will serve as a key bridge between Safety, HR, Operations, and IT, ensuring our systems are accurate, automated, audit-ready, and seamlessly supporting our field and operational leadership. The goal is to build and support AI-enhanced systems that help CTS manage records, compliance, training, equipment, manuals, inventory, safety programs, prequalification requirements documentation, document retention, and operational records for CTSs national DAS, ERRCS, wireless infrastructure, and public safety communications operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strong with data, comfortable with technology, and able to organize records using a structured filing methodology similar to how a librarian would classify, index, retain, and retrieve information. Strong communication skills are required, as this role will involve regular follow-up with internal departments, field teams, managers, clients, vendors, and leadership.

Salary range of 75K-85K commensurate with experience.
