Role Summary
The AI Enablement Adoption & Communications Lead is responsible for driving the successful adoption, integration, and ongoing evolution of AIDO and AI @ Work across the organization. This role partners closely with lines of business (LOBs), technical teams, and stakeholders to turn AI capabilities into practical, repeatable, workflow-based solutions that improve productivity, quality, and business outcomes.
The role combines AI enablement, program and roadmap management, communications, community engagement, and content development. The successful candidate will make AI approachable and actionable by delivering targeted training, developing reusable resources and frameworks, coordinating AIDO communications and rollouts, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into priorities, progress, and upcoming capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Adoption
- Lead the AI @ Work program, including training sessions, office hours, and practical enablement resources.
- Develop frameworks (e.g., Context Engineering, AI workflows) to improve output quality and consistency.
- Support teams in adopting AI as part of their standard ways of working.
- LOB Support
Provide LOB-specific AI Enablement.
- Partner with business units to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.
- Partner closely with teams rather than working in isolation.
- Continuously test, refine, and improve what we're doing.
- Drive the shift from ad hoc AI usage to integrated, workflow-based application.
Roadmap Management & Communication
- Manage and maintain the AIDO roadmap, ensuring priorities, timelines, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to gather roadmap updates, align priorities, and track progress against planned initiatives.
- Communicate roadmap changes, milestones, and upcoming capabilities to relevant audiences in a clear and timely manner.

Communications/Marketing
- Plan/coordinate/execute AIDO rollouts (new features, surveys, development capabilities, etc).
- Manage/execute AIDO Communication Plan.
- Develop, manage, and publish the monthly AIDO Insights newsletter to provide clear updates on progress, highlight key initiatives, and reinforce organizational priorities.
- Coordinate and manage the publication of the bi-weekly Portfolio Update.
- Coordinate and publish AIDO communications.
- Manage AI @ Work MS Teams Channels.
- Manage AIDO Developers MS Teams Channels.
Content & Tools
- Maintain/enhance AIDO SharePoint site
- Develop AI @ Work training assets
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries and reusable templates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Organizational Change Management, Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Working knowledge of generative AI capabilities, prompt engineering, context engineering, responsible AI principles, and practical AI use cases.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, prioritize initiatives, and support adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior leaders.
- Experience developing and executing internal communications, adoption campaigns, newsletters, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather feedback, assess outcomes, and continuously improve programs and resources.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a highly collaborative, customer-focused approach.
