Job Overview

Our client, a fast-growing organization within the Hollywood film and entertainment industry, is seeking an experienced AI Readiness & Adoption Consultant/Engineer to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives.

This role is ideal for a highly strategic and hands-on technology professional who understands how to modernize business operations using AI, automation, cloud technologies, analytics, and scalable workflow systems. You will work closely with executives, operations leaders, production teams, and technical stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement practical AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business performance.

You will play a critical role in helping the organization become an AI-enabled enterprise by introducing modern tools, streamlining workflows, improving decision-making capabilities, and ensuring scalable operational growth.

This is a high-impact role focused on real-world AI adoption—not experimentation or hype. The ideal candidate understands both business operations and modern enterprise technology ecosystems.

The Role

Evaluate existing business processes, operational workflows, and internal systems to identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation
Design and implement scalable AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and optimize execution speed
Lead digital transformation initiatives across departments including operations, production, finance, administration, and customer-facing teams
Develop AI readiness frameworks, governance standards, adoption strategies, and implementation roadmaps
Build automation workflows using modern no-code/low-code and enterprise automation platforms
Implement AI-powered business tools including:
- AI chatbots
- AI voice assistants
- AI knowledge management systems
- AI workflow automation
- AI meeting assistants
- AI document processing solutions
- AI-driven analytics and reporting systems
Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology initiatives with long-term operational and business goals
Improve process visibility, project tracking, and operational accountability using modern work management platforms
Evaluate and recommend technology vendors, AI platforms, SaaS tools, and automation systems
Create scalable operational frameworks that support company growth without increasing operational complexity
Analyze business data to uncover insights, improve forecasting, and support data-driven decision-making
Integrate AI and automation tools securely and compliantly across cloud and enterprise environments
Develop internal AI usage policies, adoption standards, and employee enablement strategies
Partner cross-functionally with IT, operations, production, finance, and executive stakeholders
Lead change management and user adoption initiatives for new technologies and workflows
Monitor system performance, automation efficiency, operational KPIs, and ROI metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in:
- AI consulting
