    About the Role

    As the AI Enablement Lead, you'll lead the strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence across The nin Group by helping teams work smarter, improve business processes, and embrace innovative technology. Partnering with Information Technology, Home Office departments, field leadership, and the Content team, you'll identify practical AI solutions, champion responsible AI practices, and create engaging learning experiences that empower teammates to confidently integrate AI into their everyday work. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll influence organizational change, drive innovation, and help shape the future of work at 

    What You'll Do

    As our AI Enablement Lead, you'll partner with Information Technology, Home Office departments, field leadership, and the Content team to bring AI to life across the organization by: 

    • Develop and execute enterprise AI adoption strategies that align with business goals and organizational priorities.

    • Partner with leaders to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, collaboration, decision-making, and service delivery.

    • Help maximize the capabilities of Google Workspace AI tools, including Gemini, NotebookLM, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and future AI-enabled technologies.

    • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI technologies that support business growth while balancing security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

    • Lead organizational AI education through workshops, training sessions, videos, newsletters, presentations, and other learning resources.

    • Establish AI governance standards, implementation guidelines, and best practices in partnership with Information Technology.

    • Monitor AI adoption, utilization, and business outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

    • Serve as the organization's trusted resource for practical AI applications and business enablement.

    Ideal Candidate

    • 3+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, digital transformation.

    • Strong understanding of Generative AI and enterprise productivity tools, with experience using Google Workspace AI tools preferred.

    • Ability to identify business challenges and implement practical AI solutions.

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Strong relationship-building, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and helping others embrace new technology.

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    • Experience implementing, supporting, or promoting Artificial Intelligence solutions within a business environment is preferred.
