POSITION SUMMARY

Lincoln Healthcare Leadership is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to help establish and maintain a strong foundation for organizational data integrity, system knowledge, and information management. This role is responsible for documenting how critical data is defined, where it originates, how it moves between systems, who owns it, and how it is used across the organization.

By developing a detailed understanding of the organization’s systems, data, processes, and dependencies, the AI Enablement Manager (Data/Systems) will serve as a knowledgeable resource for initiatives that rely on this information. The role will also support and manage data- and systems-related projects by gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, documenting decisions, tracking deliverables, and helping ensure that solutions meet business needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working across business and technical teams. This individual should be able to translate complex system and data concepts into clear, practical documentation and use that knowledge to help projects move forward successfully.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an inventory of systems, data sources, interfaces, reports, and key processes; document owners, systems of record, data definitions, business rules, and calculations.
  • Map data flows and cross-system relationships; maintain data dictionaries, system documentation, process maps, relationship diagrams, requirements, and other reference materials.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify inconsistencies, duplication, ownership gaps, and quality risks; align on standardized definitions and data use; establish practical governance, metadata, documentation, and change-control standards.
  • Analyze processes and system capabilities to improve data integrity, standardization, efficiency, and automation; translate business needs into clear functional, data, reporting, and system requirements.
  • Manage selected data- and systems-related projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, meetings, dependencies, risks, decisions, deliverables, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate solution evaluation, testing, user acceptance, validation, implementation, and adoption of system enhancements, integrations, reports, and data solutions.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and system issues by tracing information through sources, interfaces, transformations, and reports; communicate findings, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making; evaluate AI-enabled solutions and support their responsible implementation and adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison among business users, system owners, data teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders; maintain current repositories and provide training, guidance, and documentation while supporting other initiatives as assigned.
