AI Enablement Manager - Workforce Solutions
Full-time, remote role responsible for leading enterprise AI initiatives within workforce services.
Owns program execution, manages teams, develops roadmaps, and reports on milestones and KPIs. Acts as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Drives AI adoption through change management, communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Requires 5-8 years of program management experience, technical fluency in AI and enterprise systems, and strong communication skills. Preferred skills include consulting background, workforce or HR technology familiarity, and AI expertise.
Salary ranges from $150,000 to $160,000, with benefits including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
