AI Enablement, Senior Principal / Director
About This Role
This role is ideal for a consulting leader who combines deep transformation expertise with a passion for helping organizations accelerate AI adoption and realize measurable business value. Success in this role requires the ability to connect AI strategy, workforce readiness, organizational change, and business outcomes to help clients achieve sustainable transformation.
Location/Hybrid/In-Person: This position can be based in any market where Slalom has an office. While the role offers flexibility through a hybrid work model, travel is expected based on client and business needs. Leaders should anticipate working from a Slalom office or client site as needed, as this is not a fully remote position.

Our Workforce Modernization team helps organizations move beyond AI experimentation to achieve meaningful business impact. We partner with executives, business leaders, and teams to define AI strategies, accelerate adoption, and build the organizational capabilities needed to realize value from AI investments.
We help clients navigate the people, process, and technology changes required to embed AI into the way work gets done-enabling sustainable transformation, workforce readiness, and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
You will lead complex client engagements focused on AI adoption, workforce transformation, and organizational change. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping organizations develop and execute strategies that drive successful AI implementation and business value realization.
You will work across industries and functions to design and deliver AI enablement programs that align technology investments with business objectives, employee adoption, and organizational readiness.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the Senior Principal or Director level and are hiring across multiple U.S. markets. Salary ranges vary by location and leveling. Target base salary ranges below are representative of select U.S. markets.
The targeted base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is:
Denver, CO / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA: $162,000 to $243,000
Seattle, WA / New York, NY: $177,000-265,000
San Francisco, CA: $193,000-289,000
The targeted base salary pay range for a Director is:
Denver, CO / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA: $206,000-309,000
Seattle, WA / New York, NY: $225,000-337,000
San Francisco, CA: $245,000-368,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
