Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or related software development.
- Strong experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
- Hands-on expertise in integrating Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into business workflows.
- Experience designing scalable AI-enabled applications and building microservices.
- Experience integrating Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs and implementing RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API development and system integrations.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Proficiency in frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and contextual workflows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations and AI-powered services.
- Integrate Generative AI/LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.
- Develop and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses.
- Design AI orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Engineer prompts and contextual workflows to improve LLM response quality and relevance.
- Implement robust AI response validation, guardrails, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Build intelligent solutions for transcript processing, summarization, content generation, and AI-assisted documentation creation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and automate workflow opportunities using AI technologies.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI-enabled applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practice implementation.
Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
