Must-Have Skills & Experience
- AI Engineering expertise with hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI solutions.
- Production-grade AI deployment experience, not just PoCs, MVPs, or experimentation.
- Experience building and integrating:
- AI assistants and copilots
- Chatbots
- AI-driven code review and SDLC automation tools
- Solutions that connect to backend systems and databases
- Ability to architect AI solutions and define implementation roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI in enterprise environments.
- Experience evaluating and deploying AI solutions at scale across organizations.
Technical Background Preferred
- Experience with:
- Python
- AI frameworks and tooling
- Cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, GCP AI/Agent Development Kit, or similar)
- Enterprise software integrations
- Some experience integrating with:
- .NET applications
- SQL Server databases
- Understanding of:
- API integrations
- Enterprise application architectures
- AI solution deployment practices
Nice-to-Have AI Experience
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector databases
- Embeddings and chunking strategies
- Agentic AI
- Fine-tuning models
- Chatbot architecture and conversational AI
Experience Level
- Ideally 3 5+ years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence technical direction.
- Comfortable helping shape AI strategy, roadmaps, and adoption plans.
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker who can recommend build vs. buy decisions.
- Able to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Flexible across technologies and platforms rather than tied to a single AI ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, platform teams, and leadership.
