We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build enterprise-scale Generative AI applications that solve real business challenges. This role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions using modern GenAI architectures, Vision Language Models (VLMs), autonomous AI agents, and advanced retrieval systems.
You'll work alongside engineering teams to build scalable AI platforms that integrate enterprise knowledge, cloud infrastructure, and modern software engineering practices. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building AI products from the ground up and delivering production-quality solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build production GenAI applications
Develop Vision Language Model (VLM) solutions
Build autonomous AI agents using modern frameworks
Design GraphRAG and advanced RAG architectures
Develop scalable Python APIs with FastAPI
Deploy cloud-native AI applications using Docker
Implement production-ready LLMOps pipelines
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
Role Requirements:
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Python development skills
Experience building production GenAI applications
Hands-on Vision Language Model (VLM) experience
Experience with modern AI agent frameworks
GraphRAG and advanced RAG implementation experience
FastAPI and REST API development
Docker experience
AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
