AI Engineer, Global Operations

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Engineer to join our Operations team. You will design and deploy production-ready Machine Learning models and artificial intelligence agents that optimize complex logistics workflows and drive measurable cost reductions.What You'll DoDevelop end-to-end AI solutions: design, build, and monitor production-ready machine learning models and automated agents to streamline multi-step operational decision-making.Optimize operational workflows: collaborate with Finance, Facilities, and IT teams to build robust ETL pipelines and integrate predictive tools into existing warehouse and logistics software.Govern AI safety and compliance: ensure responsible deployment by performing rigorous model validation, maintaining strict data governance, and mitigating risk or bias.What You'll Bring5+ years of applied experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or transportation.Advanced technical expertise in Python and SQL, with experience scaling "agentic" workflows and RAG solutions using platforms like LangChain or n8n.Strong strategic problem‑solving and rapid prototyping ability, and capability to explain complex model outputs to non-technical business leaders.Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.United States citizenship.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience level.Flexible work options to support a healthy work-life balance.Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth in a cutting-edge technical environment.Salary range: $107,500.00 - $143,300.00.
