Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an AI Engineer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration while designing, deploying, and optimizing AI systems for real-world business outcomes.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AI Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Design and develop AI-powered agents and autonomous workflows using platforms like MS Copilot, AWS, and UiPath.
Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector search to generate accurate and context-aware AI responses.
Build and manage multi-agent systems with task orchestration, state management, and event-driven execution.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases to enable real-world business actions.
Ensure scalable deployment using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.
Monitor, secure, and optimize AI systems by implementing guardrails, performance tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and agent-based solution development.
Strong expertise in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and building multi-agent workflows with orchestration tools.
Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, deploying on AWS/Azure, and ensuring security, scalability, and performance of AI applications.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
