Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in developing and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI/ML Frameworks
• Knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs
• Familiarity with Agentic AI Framework
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Computing
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock
• Experience configuring and optimizing vector databases

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, and embedding generation.
• Integrate LLM APIs securely into applications and workflows.
• Configure and optimize vector databases for semantic and hybrid search performance.
• Build orchestration layers using frameworks as per architecture.
• Implement prompt templates and context management for consistent and accurate responses.
• Develop guardrails and validation logic to prevent unsafe or non-compliant outputs.
• Set up monitoring and logging for LLM performance, latency, and cost tracking.
• Optimize retrieval and response pipelines for scalability and low latency.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead and Architect to translate design into production-ready solutions.
• Create reusable components and SDKs for AI integration across multiple use cases.
