AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build and operate enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions supporting complex business workflows. This role focuses on designing production-ready AI platforms that prioritize reliability, governance, observability, and measurable business outcomes.

You'll work across the full software development lifecycle, developing intelligent document processing, AI-powered assistants, and reusable GenAI services that can be leveraged across multiple enterprise applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design scalable GenAI application architectures
• Build AI-powered document ingestion and extraction solutions
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Implement agentic AI workflows and intelligent assistants
• Create AI evaluation and monitoring frameworks
• Develop production AI data pipelines
• Improve AI reliability and observability
• Partner with engineering teams on enterprise AI standards

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development experience
• 2+ years delivering enterprise GenAI solutions
• Experience building production LLM applications
• Expertise with RAG architectures
• Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of LLMOps practices
• Experience designing AI ingestion pipelines
• Knowledge of vector search and retrieval systems
• Experience supporting production AI platforms

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• React or Angular
• Financial Services experience
• Regulated enterprise environments
• Internal developer platform experience
• Knowledge of governance and security controls
