What You Will Do

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance account management efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into existing workflows.
• Develop and maintain applications using Python and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Analyze user feedback and system performance to continually improve product offerings.
• Support the deployment and troubleshooting of AI solutions in real-world environments.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on product development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of software development principles.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining applications in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred

• Familiarity with the insurance industry and its unique challenges.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits
