Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LangChain, vector databases, API development, and production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI & LLM Development

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of solving complex business workflows.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging vector embeddings and semantic search technologies.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for enterprise use cases.

Machine Learning & Data Engineering

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Work with large datasets for data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Research and apply advancements in NLP, Generative AI, computer vision, and machine learning.
• Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies when required.

Backend & API Development

• Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
• Integrate AI models with internal and external systems through APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and frontend teams to embed AI capabilities into applications.

Data Architecture & Search

• Manage and optimize vector databases, Elasticsearch, NoSQL databases, and graph databases such as Neo4j.
• Implement semantic search, knowledge retrieval, and contextual information systems.
• Design scalable data pipelines supporting AI workloads.

MLOps & Deployment

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and ML applications.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Establish monitoring, evaluation, observability, and governance frameworks for AI systems.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of deployed AI applications.

Required Technical Skills

Programming

• Expert-level Python development.
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with Java or C++ is a plus.

AI/ML Technologies

• Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
• Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Prompt Engineering and LLM evaluation.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• NLP and semantic search technologies.
