Position: Lead Full Stack Developer 
Location: New York, New York - Onsite

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain web applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces and robust back-end systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Perform testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.

• Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer 
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java.
• Recent experience with AI Technologies.
• Experience with databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Range: $90/hr. - $100/hr. 

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
