Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to achieve project goals.
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions using advanced architectures.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for AI development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure robust integration and deployment of AI applications on cloud platforms.

Qualifications
12 years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.
2 years of hands-on experience with AI techniques, particularly multi-agent systems.
Expert proficiency in programming skills and system architecture.
Experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
