- Own end-to-end application delivery in an AI-driven development environment.
- Direct AI coding agents to generate and evolve software solutions, focusing on engineering judgment over manual code writing.
- Ensure software solutions are correctly implemented, operationally ready, and aligned with business goals across code, infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability.
- Translate business and technical requirements into precise implementation instructions for AI agents.
- Define constraints, validation mechanisms, and identify specification gaps in development tasks.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, architectural alignment, and production readiness.
- Ensure software output adheres to domain rules and operational expectations.
- Develop robust, scalable, observable, and highly operable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI-assisted software delivery practices.
- Collaborate across teams to review and validate code and technical artifacts.
- Use modern backend (C#/.NET), frontend (React or similar), infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, and containerized deployment models (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Prefer candidates with AWS and Terraform certifications.
