What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Grassroots Digital Growth & Community Architecture: Design and manage digital awareness campaigns, webinars, and conferences to drive direct-to-teacher adoption. Cultivate our user base to identify power users, ultimately recruiting and managing these educators to become Local Ambassadors.
  • District Partnerships & Outreach: Lead the district adoption strategy. Identify target districts, initiate strategic outreach, conduct highly persuasive demos with administrators, and navigate the district IT/privacy approval process by clearly communicating our privacy-first AI philosophy.
  • System Automation & Growth Operations: Build and manage the systems that turn interest into adoption, including our contact pipeline, outreach and email campaigns for both teachers and school leaders. Track what's working including onboarding of educators and active engagement, and use the data to keep improving.
  • Marketing Content & Brand Storytelling: Lead the creation of external-facing marketing and research dissemination content. Capture "magic moments" from our pilot classrooms and translate them into compelling case studies, digital campaigns, newsletter sequences, and whitepapers that highlight the impact and value of our work.
  • Surge Activation & Classroom Connection: While the primary focus is responsible and sustainable scale, you will step in to support high-touch early adoption (1:1 technical onboarding clinics) as needed to eliminate friction for pilot teachers, ensuring you keep the pulse of the K-12 classroom.
