What you will do:
- Design and author practical AI learning content for legal and compliance professionals.
- Create hands-on workshops, case studies, and real-world learning exercises.
- Develop prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, and other reusable learning assets.
- Ensure legal accuracy, responsible AI practices, and up-to-date industry relevance across all content.
- Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to continuously improve the learner experience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, Compliance Officer, or in another in-house legal or compliance role.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to legal, compliance, or knowledge-work workflows.
- Strong understanding of legal document management, contract review, compliance processes, and responsible AI usage in confidential environments.
- Experience creating practical frameworks, playbooks, templates, or internal documentation that improve legal team efficiency.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing training materials, courses, workshops, or enablement content.
- Familiarity with legal-tech platforms such as Ironclad AI, Ivo, or similar solutions.
- Experience collaborating with instructional design or learning teams.
- Availability to work within European time zones.
