The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance, risk, and controls for AI and technology initiatives and a proven ability to design and operationalize governance frameworks, controls, and processes across technical and business teams.Responsibilities:Support the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks across the organizationIdentify and assess AI-related risks, including model risk, data risk, and ethical considerationsDefine and document governance controls, standards, and procedures for AI systemsPartner with audit, risk, compliance, and technical teams to ensure alignmentTranslate governance requirements into practical, executable processesHelp operationalize AI governance across use cases and platformsContribute to documentation for internal review, audit readiness, and regulatory needsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience as an AI Governance Analyst, Risk Analyst, Controls Analyst, or similar roleStrong background in governance, risk, and controls for technology initiativesExperience supporting audit and compliance effortsAbility to work across technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsPreferred Skills:Hands-on experience with the NIST Risk Management FrameworkExposure to AI, ML, or advanced analytics governanceExperience establishing standards and procedures from the ground upPrior work in regulated or large enterprise environmentsWhy BCforward?At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
