Job Description
What You'll Tackle:- Design and implement enterprise AI governance frameworks.
- Establish governance processes across the AI lifecycle.
- Create AI intake, approval, and monitoring workflows.
- Develop governance controls supporting privacy, explainability, auditability, and oversight.
- Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
- Define metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting standards.
- Support governance of Generative AI, LLM, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Evaluate AI technologies and vendors against governance standards.
- Support audit, regulatory, and risk management activities.
- Drive adoption of responsible AI practices across the enterprise.
QUALIFICATIONS- Extensive experience in governance, risk, compliance, model risk, data governance, or related disciplines.
- Experience implementing AI governance frameworks in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI risk management and responsible AI principles.
- Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle management practices.
- Experience governing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Familiarity with model governance, data governance, and enterprise controls.
- Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- Banking regulatory framework experience.
- AI observability and model monitoring experience.
- Governance platform experience (Purview, Collibra, Alation, Informatica).
- AI governance certifications.
- Advanced degree.
