    Job Title: AI Governance Sr Analyst
    Job ID: 37500470
    Duration: 12 Months
    Location: Warsaw, IN

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage AI asset inventory and lifecycle.
    • Coordinate AI governance intake, approvals, and risk assessments.
    • Track compliance with EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, FDA AI/ML guidance, and emerging AI regulations.
    • Maintain AI governance policies, documentation, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
    • Support audits, governance committees, and cross-functional teams (Privacy, Legal, IT, InfoSec, Quality, R&D).
    • Monitor remediation actions and governance metrics.

    Required Skills:

    • AI governance, compliance, privacy, or risk management.
    • AI risk assessments, governance workflows, inventory management, audit support.
    • Knowledge of Responsible AI (bias, transparency, privacy, security, IP).
    • Familiarity with AI regulations (EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, FDA AI/ML).
    • Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
    • Experience with GRC tools (OneTrust, AuditBoard, ServiceNow) preferred.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree (or HS diploma with equivalent experience).
    • 2+ years related experience (5+ years preferred) in governance, compliance, privacy, quality, or risk management.
    • Medical device/life sciences experience preferred.
    • IAPP certifications (AIGP, CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) are a plus.
