Opportunity for Impact
We are seeking a motivated and forward‑thinking AI Implementation Intern to support the application of artificial intelligence across our business and operations processes. This on‑site role in our Maple Grove office provides hands‑on exposure to how AI is evaluated, implemented, and scaled within an electronics manufacturing services (EMS) environment. The intern will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Finance teams to help identify and support AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision‑making, compliance, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:
- Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI use cases across business and operational functions, including:
- Marketing and Sales
- Operations and Supply Chain
- Quality and Compliance
- Finance and Business Analytics
- Administrative and support processes
- Work on‑site in the Maple Grove office with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI‑driven improvement
- Assist with AI‑enabled initiatives such as:
- Process automation and workflow optimization
- Data analysis, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Content and document generation for internal and external use
- Operational, quality, financial, customer, or supplier insights
- Partner with Quality and Finance teams to ensure AI outputs support accuracy, traceability, compliance, and sound decision‑making
- Research AI tools, platforms, and practical use cases relevant to manufacturing and business operations
- Help test, validate, and refine AI outputs to ensure data integrity, usability, and alignment with business needs
- Document AI use cases, processes, and lessons learned to support broader organizational adoption
- Support change‑management efforts by helping develop training materials, guidelines, or internal communications related to AI tools
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to project leaders and senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an on‑site, cross‑functional environment
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced setting
