    Description:

We are building a Forward Deployed AI Engineering team to support the transformation to an AI-first infrastructure organization. The goal is to embed AI engineers directly across infrastructure teams, build a centralized AI engineering pool that can rapidly solve business problems, and automate manual infrastructure processes wherever possible.

Early AI initiatives have already delivered a 60% reduction in migration effort, a 50% reduction in modernization effort, and an automated vulnerability discovery and remediation pipeline. Engineers will act as transformation catalysts, using AI as the first approach to solving problems and enabling engineering teams to adopt AI-driven solutions.

    Target Infrastructure Domains:

  • Cloud
  • Network
  • Compute
  • Storage
  • Database Platforms
  • Infrastructure Security
  • Automation

  • Role and Responsibilities:

  • Embed within infrastructure teams and collaborate closely with business and infrastructure leaders.
  • Identify automation opportunities proactively without waiting for direction.
  • Build AI-assisted solutions using Cursor and GitHub Copilot.
  • Develop infrastructure automation, AI workflows, and AI agents.
  • Modernize infrastructure platforms and improve cloud migration efficiency.
  • Build vulnerability remediation automation.
  • Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and deliver measurable productivity improvements.
  • Mentor engineering teams and drive AI adoption across the organization.

  • Required Skills:

  • Strong Python programming, scripting, and API development.
  • Infrastructure engineering and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, VMware, OpenShift).
  • Configuration-as-Code (Ansible, Puppet).
  • DevOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
  • Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS), Helm, Service Mesh.
  • AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based software development.
  • AI workflows, AI agents, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, N8N, AutoGen).
  • LLMOps (LiteLLM, semantic caching, prompt versioning, A/B testing).
  • Observability (OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Grafana).
  • Cloud security (VPC, PrivateLink, encryption, data residency).
  • Security automation, vulnerability management, FinOps, and cloud migration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.

  • Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in AI-assisted software development and infrastructure automation.
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud technologies, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building AI workflows, AI agents, and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and FedRAMP is preferred.
  • Experience with platform engineering, cloud modernization, and AI-driven infrastructure transformation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and influence engineering teams through innovation.
  • AI-native mindset with a passion for automation and delivering measurable business outcomes.
