AI Integration Engineer/Manager

A national engineering and equipment company with an office in the Wixom, MI area is currently seeking an AI Integration Engineer / Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an AI Integration Engineer / Project Manager who wants to take ownership evaluating different areas of a manufacturing/engineering company and recommending areas that AI can improve and streamline all areas of the business from Engineering to Accounting.

Salary is based on experience and education, but is anticipated to be in the $120,000-$130,000/year range. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits, bonuses, 401k matching, paid vacation time, and more.

Qualified AI Integration Engineers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, business process improvement, automation, project management, or a related field.

2. Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or enterprise software solutions.

3. Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or closely related environment.

4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI-enabled business tools.

5. Proven ability to identify business challenges, develop practical technology solutions, and train/coach users through implementation and adoption.

6. A BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or closely related field is strongly preferred. Equivalent experience and education will be considered in lieu.

7. Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks- background, drug screen, references, etc.

8. Must be ITAR Compliant- US Green Card holders / Citizens only. This role will not be able to offer sponsorship now or in the future.
