Role: AI lead

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $60-70/hr on C2C.

JD: Develop and deploy Azure AI Search solutions integrated with RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval.

• Implement and fine-tune Azure OpenAI models (GPT family) for enterprise use cases, ensuring Eligible to workimal performance and scalability.
• Design and maintain prompt engineering strategies for GPT-based applications.
• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance using Arize AI or similar observability tools, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and reliability.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
