Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG to lead the design and development of enterprise AI solutions for a healthcare/life-sciences environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows, along with the ability to work closely with business, data, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement intelligent AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Develop LLM-powered applications, AI assistants, and multi-agent workflows.
• Design prompt engineering, tool/function calling, memory, orchestration, and agent workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, and performance.
• Work with data and engineering teams to build production-ready AI solutions.
• Establish best practices around AI application architecture, security, governance, and responsible AI.
