AI/ML Architect / Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect or Engineer to design and deliver complex, distributed AI/ML systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across AI/ML engineering, MLOps, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

• Proven experience designing complex, distributed AI/ML systems and platforms end-to-end.

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI/LLMs.

• Experience with RAG and fine-tuning preferred.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as:

  • MLflow

  • Kubeflow

  • Airflow

  • SageMaker

  • Vertex AI

  • Azure ML

  • Databricks

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices/API design.

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, data lakes, and data warehouses.

• Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, managing expectations, and delivering across multiple teams.

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, challenging, and fast-paced technical environments.
