Title: AI/ML Business Analyst
Locations: Onsite: Naperville, IL
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Salary Range: $40- $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI-focused Business Analyst to drive the identification| analysis| and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions across the organization. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and data science/engineering teams| ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value| ethical compliance| and scalability.
 
Requirement: Candidate must be local to Naperville.
 
Key Responsibilities.
  1. Business Strategy & AI Opportunity IdentificationIdentify and evaluate AI/ML use cases aligned with business goals (e.g.| predictive analytics| NLP| computer vision)
  2. Collaborate with leadership to define AI strategy and roadmap.
  3. Conduct feasibility analysis including cost-benefit| ROI| and risk assessment.
  4. Recommend AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency| decision-making| and customer experience.
  5. Requirements Engineering for AI Solutions Elicit and document AI-specific functional and non-functional requirements.
  6. Translate business problems into data science problems and hypotheses.
  7. Define:Model inputs/outputsTraining data requirementsPerformance metrics (accuracy| precision| recall| etc.)
  8. Develop user stories| epics| and AI use case documentation.
  9. Data Analysis & ManagementAnalyze data sources to assess: Data availability| quality| and readiness
  10. Data governance and compliance requirements
  11. Collaborate with data engineers to define: Data pipelines Data cleaning and transformation needs
  12. Support creation of data dictionaries and metadata documentation.
