AI/ML Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote)
Pay: $50/hr- $55/hr on C2C
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and generative AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python, machine learning frameworks, cloud technologies, and MLOps, with a passion for building scalable AI applications. Typical AI/ML engineering roles emphasize end-to-end model development, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Develop and optimize predictive, classification, recommendation, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models (LLMs) and foundation models.
- Deploy AI models using MLOps best practices and monitor production performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct model experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Implement APIs and AI services for production applications.
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Document model architecture, experiments, and technical designs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with SQL and data processing.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with REST APIs and software engineering best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
