Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an AI /ML developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ/ Portland, OR/ Folsom, CA. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing scalable AI models and intelligent automation solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI /ML developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python to solve complex business problems and drive automation initiatives.

• Build and optimize Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI Agents.

• Develop NLP-based applications including conversational AI, sentiment analysis, information extraction, and text analytics solutions.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, performance tuning, and continuous model improvement.

• Implement AI solutions using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions while ensuring effective communication and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field with 6-8 years of relevant AI/ML development experience.

• Must have hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, while designing and optimizing scalable AI models and solutions for business use cases.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
