AI/ML Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, data models, and machine learning workflows.
• Work with cloud-based platforms to support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Leverage Databricks and related technologies to process, analyze, and manage large datasets.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data integration, transformation, and analysis.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed and nearshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a data-focused role, including data engineering, analytics, AI/ML development, or related disciplines.
• Strong SQL development and data analysis experience.
• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience using Databricks for data processing, analytics, or machine learning workloads.
• Prior experience working within a nearshore or distributed global delivery environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing machine learning models and AI-powered applications.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Familiarity with data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud-native analytics solutions.
• Experience supporting end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles.

The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $90.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
