Pay Range: $50 - $53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Al/ML and Generative Al solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and related cloud-native technologies.
• Build and optimize Agentic Al applications using LangChain and LangGraph, including multi-agent workflows, tool integration, orchestration, memory management, and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
• Develop and implement LLM-powered solutions with strong expertise in Claude, and other leading foundation models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Al strategy, establish best practices for agent development, ensure solution scalability, security, and performance, and drive innovation across Al initiatives.

6-8 years of hands-on AI/ML
