Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on developing and implementing agent-based AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms with a focus on Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI/ML models for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into projects as needed.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI/ML models and working with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Pay Range: $70 to $75/ hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
