Qualifications: 10+ Year experience
Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and training. Proven experience training large models on GPUs, optimizing for both speed and accuracy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with OCR tools, particularly Tesseract, for text extraction from images. Strong experience with Flask for building and deploying RESTful APIs. Proficient in Python for data processing, model training, and API development. Experience with data manipulation and preprocessing libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Familiarity with Docker for containerizing applications and knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
