Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver high-impact AI/ML and GenAI solutions from concept through production. The ideal candidate will combine machine learning, software engineering, MLOps/LLMOps, and stakeholder collaboration to build scalable, secure, observable, and business-focused AI solutions.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

8+ years of software/engineering experience

Strong experience in Machine Learning and AI/ML Engineering

Experience with Python, Deep Learning, NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection

Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines

Experience with embeddings, retrieval tuning, reranking, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation

Strong knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Experience building REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven services

Knowledge of model monitoring, versioning, drift detection, and model lifecycle management

Strong understanding of data quality, governance, security, RBAC, encryption, and audit trails
