What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid AI/ML training programs to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Design and develop innovative AI learning experiences, including labs, workshops, practical exercises, simulations, and certification preparation programs.

  • Translate complex technical concepts into mission-relevant instruction that drives understanding and operational application.

  • Develop curriculum covering topics such as:

  • Generative AI

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Agentic AI

  • Machine Learning

  • Deep Learning

  • Data Science

  • MLOps

  • AI Governance and Responsible AI

  • AI Security and Risk Management

  • Create hands-on exercises using modern AI tools, frameworks, and datasets.

  • Collaborate with AI practitioners and researchers to ensure content reflects current technologies and emerging trends.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content and learner outcomes.

  • Support workforce development initiatives, certification programs, and AI transformation efforts across government organizations.

  • Participate in pilot programs, demonstrations, workshops, and strategic AI education initiatives.

Why IntelliGenesis?

At IntelliGenesis, you won't simply teach AI-you'll help shape how AI is understood and adopted across the national security community.

You'll have opportunities to:

  • Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and mission experts.
  • Work with advanced NVIDIA computing environments and AI development platforms.
  • Explore emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous systems.
  • Influence AI certifications, workforce development pathways, and future training programs.
  • Contribute to real-world AI initiatives supporting government missions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Education, or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of combined technical experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, software engineering, technical instruction, or curriculum development.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing or delivering technical education, workforce development, or training programs.
  • Working knowledge of modern AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, MLOps, Responsible AI, and AI governance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Education, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government programs.
  • Experience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, boot camps, or certification programs.
  • Experience developing hands-on labs, simulations, or project-based learning environments.
  • Industry certifications related to AI, cloud computing, data science, or technical instruction.
